Review : Denon AH-C360 In Ear Headphones

Denon AH-C360 comes equipped with the Radial Cascade Damper system, which minimizes cable-transmitted vibration noise. Denon’s Acoustic Optimizer technology balances the sound pressure in front of and behind the diaphragm for the most neutral tonal balance along with deep bass detail. The lightweight in-ear headphone housing features Denon’s hybrid material driver system which incorporates a soft elastomer outer layer for optimum comfort. Sounds pretty fancy huh? But.......Will they perform? Here are my thoughts:

The Good

The sound quality. I plugged it in to my iPhone for my first use and I was stunned. This is pure sound quality! The Bass is heavy and strong, just the way I like it. The sound is loud and at max level it still sound good with no distortions. Balanced and all-round.

The fit. The Denon AH-C360 comes with 4 earbuds. Usually headphones only includes 3 earbuds but Denon is most generous and adds one extra. You will for sure find a good fit for your ear, given 4 different sizes to choose from.

The extras. You get a nice little hard shell carrying case to store the headphones in. A extension cord and a clip is also included.

The design. They look really cool with it's minimalistic design. The Denon AH-C360 comes in gray and black.

The size. The Denon AH-C360 is really small and light. You won't feel any weight in your ear at all.

The price. For this quality they are really cheap.  $46.00 or 448SEK.

The Bad

The cord. It's very thin and feels kinda a cheap. I'm worried that the cord might get damaged after a while.

The bass. The Denon AH-C360 might not please all users out there. If you're not into bass then maybe you should see if some other headphones that suits you better. I used the flat EQ on my iPhone and still the bass was a little bit hard. However if you have a mp3 player with custom EQ you can adjust the bass or choose Eqs with less bass in them.

Conclusion

The Denon AH-C360 are simply amazing. I immediately got that "wow" feeling when I turned on a track on my iPhone. The sound quality is balanced and all-round. I haven't tested the phones on other devices yet but I could imagine how fun it would be tweaking with a custom EQ to get the optimal sound of your choice. I recomend these phones to everyone out there. Even if your not the biggest fan of bass . With it's low price it's a no brainer ......... get them!

Score 9 out of 10
