My Secret Mapp is an app that lets you store pics and videos you don't want anyone to see. You just log in to the app and choose the files you want to be hidden. Here are my thoughts:
The Good
The Break in system. If someone were to use My Secret Mapp and type in the wrong code then the app will take a picture from your front camera and position the GPS where the attempt were made. This will make it easy to identify who's been tempering with your phone.
Pin code or gestures. You have the ability to choose from using a pin code or a gesture.
Exiting the app. Once you exit the app you'll have to type the pin code or perform the gesture again. I have tried some apps similiar to My Secret Mapp and once you exited it, it was still unlocked. So anyone who were using my phone could easily just press the home button twice and just enter the secret folder.
Selecting photos. When you select photos from your camera roll you can select several photos at once instead of just picking one and then repeat it until your album is ready.
The icon. It is camouflaged as a real folder. So no one really would suspect it to be something else. If anyone have been trying to break in then the icon will show by numbers who many times it has occurred.
The Price. $0.99 or 7SEK
The bad
The GUI might be a bit dull.
Conclusion
My Secret Mapp certainly does it job. It protects you from curious friends, relatives and other people who just can't stay away from your phone. So if you have a lot of photos or videos you do not want to share with others My Secret Mapp might be one of the best app out there and with it's low price you certainly have to try it out.
